I poured my project several days ago, but the coating remains tacky, what would cause this?

There are three situations that can occur. 1) The coating was applied in a cold environment, which has prevented the coating from curing. With epoxy coatings, it’s important to coat at 70º F / 21º C or warmer temperatures. 2) The product was not thoroughly mixed on sides and bottom of mixing container. We highly recommend a two-container mix method to prevent this issue from occurring. 3) The product was not accurately measured. Do not guess or eyeball these measurements, pay close attention to accurately measuring 1 to 1 in a proper measuring container. Never dump the contents of the two bottles and assume the product in the containers was premeasured! For further information, review the “Troubleshooting” area of the product instruction sheet.
