Working In a Beautiful Finding

I have an inspired pendant to show you today!
This component is part of a vintage German filigree collection sold by E.H. Ashley.  I spent some time in their booth at the Bead and Button show in June and happily left with some samples to experiment in.  Most jewelers would use this finding to set a cameo or a jewel already oval shaped and sized.
I opted to add an image, some glitter and Jewelry Resin!
My pendant looks so pretty!  My Jewelry Resin domed just enough to ensure my piece looked professionally finished.

I will definitely wear this necklace with pride!
E.H. Ashley & Company has been a leading supplier of wholesale SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS and German glass since 1899. They do not sell to the public but they do have a beautiful designer gallery you can see on line.  The German filigree finding I used is pictured here.

It's so pretty! I love the beads, too. It sets off the pendant so well!

This would be so great if you had one of those old sepia photos of your great-grandmother or other family member to use. Make a great gift for someone older in your family.
