I have an ongoing charm necklace project. There are so many unique charms on this piece and I could write a book explaining each and every component.
I found this little charm a few years back. Like most lockets, it was designed so that you can insert your photos and protect them with a small piece of plastic. I wanted to add a missing sentimental photo to my necklace this week so I worked in it over the weekend.
My photos are in place, but they are permanently protected in a layer of Jewelry Resin. I think this will last a lot longer than the picture with a thin piece of plastic.

I really like the idea of a locket, it's a great way to wear your memories and sentimental photos whilst also keeping them concealed and private, which I find really interesting.
