This Crushed Glass Resin Jewelry set is a simple project to make for yourself or as a gift!
Hello, Resin Crafters! I’m Lindsay from Artsy-Fartsy Mama and I am so excited to share a simple resin jewelry project with all of you. This Crushed Glass Resin Jewelry set would make a great sparkly statement piece to add to your jewelry collection, or would be a unique gift idea for friends or loved ones.

Step 1: Spray the EasyCast Resin Jewelry Mold with Mold Release and Conditioner according to package directions. Set it aside to dry. This step is important so that the resin releases from your mold later, and to clean, condition, and extend the life of your molds.
I like to use this mold for jewelry because there are 8 different shapes to choose from – one larger and two smaller to make coordinating necklace and earring jewelry sets like this one a breeze!
Step 2: Prepare the Envirotex Lite Pour-On Resin. Wear disposable gloves and pour in equal parts of resin and hardener. Stir it together for two minutes with a stir stick, making sure to scrape the bottom and the sides of your mixing/measuring cup. Pour the resin into a second mixing cup, and stir for another minute with a clean stir stick.
Step 3: Use the stir stick to add some resin to the mold. You only want to fill it up about 1/4 of the way. Use a straw or a lighter to remove any air bubbles.
Step 4: Scoop some of the crushed glass into a small mixing cup. You could use any kind of crushed glass or thick glitter for this project! I found this purple crushed glass with vase fillers in the craft store.
Step 5: Pour the crushed glass over the resin. Having the glass already in a smaller mixing cup makes this step easier and less messy. You could also use a small spoon or scoop to pour the glass into the molds. Gently press the glass down into the resin and make sure there aren’t any pieces sticking up higher than the mold.
Step 6: Use the stir stick to add another layer of resin on top of the crushed glass and fill the molds the rest of the way to the top. Use a straw or a lighter to remove any air bubbles.
Step 7: Put the mold on a level surface and allow the resin to cure completely. I let mine cure overnight. Pop the resin pieces out by pressing the back of the mold. Use scissors to cut away any over-poured edges.
Step 8: Use jewelry adhesive to attach a bail to the back of the earrings and pendant. Let it dry completely and then attach a jump ring to the pendant and earring hooks to the earring pieces.
The Crushed Glass Resin Jewelry set is now ready to wear or to give as a gift for Mother’s Day, birthdays, or just for fun! You can use this same technique with different fillers, like chunky glitter or different colored crushed glass to make jewelry for any occasion.
