Any ideas on how to preserve the colour of the flowers over time from UV rays? I am trying to spray them first with a uv protectant resin spray but then many flowers are so delicate that they immediately get wet with the spray and get floppy and lose their shape.

If they are completely dry you should be able to dip them right into resin (the polyester casting resin) after sealing them.
